Our Story
Wheelhouse was founded on partnership — the kind built on trust, shared vision, and doing the right thing every time. For over a decade, Brady Collier and Grant Gafford have worked side by side, blending complementary strengths and a common belief that great business starts with great relationships.
In 2014, they launched Wheelhouse to bring that same integrity and alignment to commercial development. Their approach is simple: lead with transparency, invest personally, and manage every project as if it were their own. That foundation of partnership and accountability continues to guide Wheelhouse today, shaping how we work, how we build, and how we create value for everyone involved.
