Chase McGough is a Development Partner at Wheelhouse Development, where he sources and leads new projects from concept through completion. He focuses on deal origination, underwriting, negotiations, and building long-term client and tenant relationships—bringing structure, creativity, and follow-through to every deal.

With a background spanning sales, nonprofit work, and commercial real estate, Chase believes the best developments are built on trust, alignment, and strong relationships. He and his wife, Brittany, have been married for 17 years and are raising four kids in West Texas. Outside of work, he enjoys hosting friends and neighbors, serving the local community, and chasing the next adventure—always aiming to live and work on mission.
