Duane joined the Wheelhouse team in 2022. As a Development Partner Coordinator, he is responsible for providing accurate data and analysis to our team and clients to complete commercial real estate transactions.
By way of Oklahoma City then Odessa, TX, Duane arrived in Lubbock. Completing his associate’s degree at South Plains College, he jumped into the career field. Duane has a diverse background in management with experience at Cox Communications, Enterprise Holdings and Group One Automotive Inc. It was after reading Robert T. Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad Poor Dad, Duane transitioned into the real estate world by acquiring residential rental properties. His focus shifted when he found his passion in commercial real estate.
In his free time, Duane enjoys tinkering, fishing, and playing basketball. Duane is married to Qualimetra and the couple have 3 beautiful children: DeVonte, Mikah & Jace and a blessing of grandchildren.
