Grant grew up in a family that believed in hard work, and that mindset has shaped every season of his life. In his early 20s, he jumped into buying, leasing, and selling real estate, and those experiences helped him figure out what he wanted his future to look like.

In 2005, Grant and his dad launched a retail business that eventually spread across West Texas. Building out those stores showed him just how much the right location can make or break a business—and that’s where he discovered his passion for commercial real estate development.

In 2014, Grant teamed up with Brady Collier to start Wheelhouse Development. They combined their backgrounds to build a company focused on meaningful development and redevelopment across West Texas. Along the way, they’ve built a workplace culture centered on Building Brighter Futures and Marketplace Ministry, because they believe business should make a lasting difference in people’s lives.

When he’s not working, Grant spends time with his wife, Jordan, and their three kids, at their local church, or on the basketball court—playing, coaching, or cheering on his kids. His life goal is simple: use what God gives him to create eternal value.
