Kyle Cowan is an owner and founding member of NAI Wheelhouse, the West Texas office of NAI Global. He focuses primarily on tenant representation for brands expanding throughout West Texas and across the country. Kyle brings more than a decade of sales and client service experience and has represented major national brands, including Crunch Fitness, Tropical Smoothie Café, Five Guys Burgers & Fries, and many others. He has leased more than 5,000,000 square feet nationwide for Crunch Fitness and has been named to the NAI Global Top Producer list for the past five years, recognizing top brokers by worldwide sales volume.
Kyle began his commercial real estate career in leasing with Wheelhouse Development in 2016, where he identified a significant need for a third-party brokerage firm in the region. This opportunity led him to join Brady and Grant in launching NAI Wheelhouse, where he continues to help grow the company’s footprint and serve clients across multiple markets.
A graduate of Texas Tech University, Kyle loves the people and culture of West Texas. Outside of work, he and his wife, Tristin, stay busy with their five boys: Dixon, Bennett, Jack, Henry, and Charles, and enjoy time with friends, family, and serving in their local church. And when it comes to football, Kyle never misses a Dallas Cowboys game.
