Matt joined the Wheelhouse team in 2026 as a Development Operations Project Manager, bringing more than a decade of experience across real estate and related industries. His background includes work as a landman, real estate agent, general contractor, and residential construction project manager, giving him a well-rounded understanding of real estate, construction, and project coordination. He also brings nearly 20 years of experience in client-facing roles, with a strong focus on communication and building lasting relationships.
Born and raised in West Texas, Matt earned his real estate license in 2017 and spent seven years working full-time in the industry before joining Wheelhouse.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, Whitney, and their kids. He is active in his local church and loves just about anything outdoors, including hunting, hiking, and camping. He also plays bass guitar.
