Melissa joined Wheelhouse in 2020 as an accountant, bringing with her more than 25 years of accounting and business experience. Her strong financial background, leadership skills, and dedication to operational excellence led to her current role as Shared Services Manager, where she oversees the shared services team and supports companywide efficiency, collaboration, and process improvement.
Melissa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Colorado State University–Global Campus, earned in 2017. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for reliability, strategic thinking, and fostering successful working relationships across departments.
Outside of her professional work, Melissa enjoys a full and creative life. She and her husband share their home with two dogs and love spending time with their three grandchildren. She is also an avid crafter who enjoys hands-on projects and handmade creations. Melissa is active in her church community and values the time she spends participating in worship and church activities.
