Zach joined Wheelhouse in 2022 as a Development Partner, representing national and regional tenants and helping drive their growth strategies across the state and region. He plays a key role in putting deals together through Wheelhouse’s hands-on, “boots on the ground” development model.
He graduated from Lubbock Christian University in 2022 with a Bachelor’s in Marketing and a Master’s in Human Sciences focused on Non-Profit Leadership. During his six years at LCU, he played basketball under Coach Todd Duncan—an experience that fueled his competitiveness, discipline, and passion for getting deals done.
Outside of work, Zach enjoys cars, golfing, time with friends and family, and hunting for the next great deal.
Zach is married to his wife, Jenna, a Southwest Airlines flight attendant, and they live in Lubbock with their dog, Bella. They’re excited to welcome a baby boy in the spring of 2026.
