Growing up as the oldest of three brothers and a baby sister, Zadok learned early the importance of leading with integrity and putting God first. He worked multiple jobs throughout high school and stepped into sales at just 17 years old. His competitive nature and drive to succeed quickly made him a top performer, and two weeks before graduating, he moved to Midland, TX to launch his own sales district. There, he served as District Manager, recruiting, training, and developing more than 75 sales reps. He finished his first managerial campaign with the #2 highest-selling first-year office in the nation.
After meeting his now-wife, Rylee, Zadok decided to move back home to Lubbock to be closer to family and build a career in the city he loves. That opportunity came with Wheelhouse, where he’s able to use his strengths in an environment that aligns with his core values.
Outside of work, Zadok enjoys friendly competition of any kind, spending time with his family, and making new memories with his wife. His friends and family describe him as motivated, eager to learn and grow, and a true people person.
